All therapy groups are limited to 6-8 members.

Neurodiverse Social Group
Our Neurodiverse Social Group for teens provides a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can build confidence, develop meaningful connections, and enhance social communication skills. Through engaging activities and guided discussions, group members learn strategies to navigate social situations. This group is designed to empower teens diagnosed as Autism (level 1), AuADHD, and ADHD with practical tools and a sense of community, fostering growth and resilience in a judgment-free space. You do not need to be a client of ICT to enroll.
Dates: Mondays Sept-December
Times: 6:30-7:30pm
Ages: All genders; 9th-12th grade
Cost: $100/month

Superhero Academy
At the Superhero Academy, our cadets embark on an exciting journey of developing our social skill superpowers like empathy, conflict resolution, cooperation, compromise, and more! Join forces with other aspiring heroes for an immersive experience packed with interactive activities, role-playing games, and confidence-building exercises. Discover the secrets of effective communication, teamwork, and self-expression in a dynamic and empowering atmosphere.
Dates: Thursdays starting 9/17; 8 weeks
Times: 5:15pm-6:15pm
Ages: All genders; 1st & 2nd
Cost: Anthem, Aetna, or $320 self pay

Crafting Confidence
Crafting Confidence is an 8 week long group focused on self-esteem and friendship. Each week we will use an art based activity to explore self esteem including but not limited to, growth vs fixed mindset, self-critic vs positive self-talk, and strength based approaches. This group is best for those who struggle with with low self esteem, perfectionism, difficulty making new friendships, or just a general lack of confidence. The goal of the group is to encourage self-efficacy and resilience through confidence building not only individually but across interpersonal relationships as well!
Dates: Wednesdays starting 9/16; 8 weeks
Times: 5:15pm-6:15pm
Ages: Girls; 5th-6th grades
Cost: Anthem, Aetna, or $320 self pay

Feel The Music
Feel the Music is an engaging 8-week CBT-based group for those who experience anxiety, low mood, negative self-talk, stress, or difficulty identifying and managing emotions. Each week explores a different emotion or mood through guided song discussions, creative projects, CBT skills, and group conversation. Participants learn how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected while building a stronger emotional vocabulary and practical coping tools.
Throughout the group, participants create a personalized mood board and collaborative playlist that reflect their emotional journey. Activities such as bracelet making, painting, coloring, and journaling help reinforce each week’s skills in a fun and approachable way. Parents also receive weekly handouts with ideas for supporting emotional awareness and coping skills at home.
Dates: Mondays starting 9/14; 8 weeks

Ages: Girls; 7th-9th grades

Expecto Tranquillo Anxiety Group
In this CBT based anxiety group, group members embark on a magical journey to better understand anxiety and discover tools for feeling calmer and more confident. Through immersive activities inspired by the wizarding world, group members create calming potions, face their own “Boggarts,” pull mandrakes, and more!
You do not need to be a client of ICT to enroll.
Dates: Wednesdays starting 9/16, 8 weeks
Times: 6:30 -7:30pm
Ages: All genders; 3rd-5th grades

Bridges Divorce Group
Bridges: Helping Kids Build Strength Through Family Changes is a supportive group for children whose families are experiencing divorce, separation, remarriage, or other major transitions. Through guided discussion and hands-on activities, children learn how to identify and express difficult emotions, adjust to changing routines, build healthy coping skills, and feel less alone by connecting with peers who understand.
You do not need to be a client of ICT to enroll.
*Please note that is it not appropriate and information from group will not be provided to parents to use in custody proceedings.
Dates: 2 Saturdays a month; 9/12 & 9/26, 10/10 & 10/24, 11/14 & 11/28, 12/12
Times: 9:00-9:55am
Ages: all genders; 2nd-4th grades

Feel.Deal.Heal
When emotions feel too big, teens need tools that actually work.
This 12-week group is built around Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills—proven strategies that help teens manage emotions, reduce impulsive reactions, and improve relationships. Each week focuses on practical tools from DBT’s four core modules: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Teens learn how to stay calm under pressure, communicate more clearly, and bounce back from stress in a supportive, interactive setting designed just for them.
This group DOES require an intake if you are not already a client and is not included in the price.
Dates: Tuesdays starting 9/1 (12 weeks)
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Ages: Girls; 6th-8th grade
Cost: Covered by Anthem, Aetna, CareSource, United, or self-pay $480
Note: A full intake is required unless already an ICT client and this is not included in the group cost above.

Braving OCD
This is an ERP treatment group for those with OCD symptoms including those who have PANS/PANDAS or emetophobia as well. This is a 9 week group and will cover hierarchies, exposures, and regaining control over daily life.
There is a required parent portion of this group to help reduce accommodations and help better support your child.
This group DOES require an intake if you are not already a client and is not included in the price.
Dates & Times: Student portion- Tuesdays starting 9/14 from 5:15-6:15
Parents- virtually Wednesdays 11-12p
Ages: All genders 6th grade+
Cost: Covered by Anthem, Aetna, CareSource, United, or self-pay $360 PLUS $180 for the parent portion that will not be billable to insurance.
Note: A full intake is required unless already an ICT client and this is not included in the group cost above.
