You do not need to be a client of ICT to enroll.

Times: 6:15-7:15pm
Ages: All genders ages 13-18

Feel.Deal.Heal
When emotions feel too big, teens need tools that actually work.
This 12-week group is built around Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills—proven strategies that help teens manage emotions, reduce impulsive reactions, and improve relationships. Each week focuses on practical tools from DBT’s four core modules: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Teens learn how to stay calm under pressure, communicate more clearly, and bounce back from stress in a supportive, interactive setting designed just for them.
This group DOES require an intake if you are not already a client and is not included in the price.
Dates: Mondays starting 4/13/26(12 weeks)
Time: 6:45-7:45pm
Ages: High School
Cost: Covered by Anthem, Aetna, CareSource, United, or self-pay ($480 total)
Note: A full intake is required unless already an ICT client and this is not included in the group cost above.
