All therapy groups are limited to 6-8 members

Neurodiverse Social Skills Group
Our Neurodiverse Social Skills Group for young teens provides a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can build confidence, develop meaningful connections, and enhance social communication skills. Through engaging activities and guided discussions, group members learn strategies to navigate social situations. This group is designed to empower teens diagnosed as Austistic (level 1), AuADHD, anad ADHD with practical tools and a sense of community, fostering growth and resilience in a judgment-free space. You do not need to be a client of ICT to enroll.
Dates: Wednesdays in June & July
Times: 12:00- 1:00 pm
Ages: 13-15
Cost: $25 per week

Expecto Tranquillo
You are invited to attend the Wonderful Wizarding World of Expecto Tranquillo. In this group we will be using references from the popular books and movies, HP to help us better learn how to manage anxiety. This group will utilize CBT techniques such as mindfulness, deep breathing, thought challenging, positive affirmations and more all while finding out their house, making potions, and pulling mandrakes! Group members do NOT need to be clients of ICT to enroll, but a meet and greet is recommended if not.
Dates: Mondays starting 6/2/25, 8 weeks
Times: 5:30pm-6:30pm
Ages: Boys & Girls 10-12
