Children and teens deserve clinicians who feel confident, prepared, and aligned with the work they’re doing. We don’t believe in stretching therapists beyond their training or comfort zone to “fill slots.” Instead, we intentionally match clinicians with populations they are trained for and interested in serving, while supporting continued growth through consultation, supervision, and professional development.

We believe trust and strong clinical work are built through open, respectful communication. Our culture encourages asking questions, consulting early, and learning from one another without judgment. We are currently fully staffed. However, we will be expanding August 2026 and will begin interviewing for open positions in May of 2026. We are looking to add 3-5 more therapists to our team and are seeking therapists who have training and experience in a few different areas including:
