This is a divorce support group to help kids work through their feelings about the parents’ divorce and to help them not feel as alone in their experience. Enrollment is by month and new members are welcome to start on the first Monday of every month. Group runs October through November with a “holiday” process group on December 16th. Group will resume in 2025.

This is a CBT-based process and skill group to help teens better manage their feelings of stress, worry, and anxiety. Whether it is academics, friends, family or athletics causing anxiety or maybe they are simply anxious and don’t know why, this group will teach practical skills and techniques to help combat these feelings of worry and anxiety.  Past group members have found that relating to others who are experiencing similar things to them to be the best part of this group. You do not need to be a client of ICT to enroll. 

You are invited to attend the Wonderful Wizarding World of Expecto Tranquillo. In this group we will be using references from the popular books and movies, HP to help us better learn how to manage anxiety. This group will utilize CBT techniques such as mindfulness, deep breathing, thought challenging, positive affirmations and more all while finding out their house, making potions, and pulling mandrakes! Group members do NOT need to be clients of ICT to enroll, but a meet and greet is recommended if not.
